WHAT WE DO
Social Service: Caregiver Support Program, Care Management, Protective Service.
Senior Community Resource Centers: Socializaton/Recreation, Congreate Meals, Virtual Programming, Exercise Classes, Trips, Volunteer Program and more.
Meals On Wheels: Home Delivered Meals, Pet Program
As the aging population grows, government and private funding sources are decreasing. Please help us by donating to support the continuation of quality services to Older Adults.
