About The Community at Holy Family Manor

The Community at Holy Family Manor serves families from infants through seniors. The ministry of caring is made real through a spectrum of family supports including the following programs: Holy Family Manor Personal Care, Mt. Nazareth Learning Center, Nazareth Housing Services and Intergenerational Programming.
