The Brashear Association provides South Pittsburgh residents with access to quality programs and services that address social, education, health, and economic issues. As a catalyst for change, we envision and support a South Pittsburgh where every individual, family, community group, and business thrive and reach their full potential.

About Brashear Association, Inc.

Our motto is "Connecting for Brighter Tomorrows". Brashear builds connection with Hilltop residents through the Brashear CARES Center, the premiere social services hub and safe space in the Hilltop. Brashear programs and services are designed to meet the needs of young children through seniors. Brashear has four locations in South Pittsburgh neighborhoods, Allentown, Arlington, Knoxville and South Side. Brashear operates a Food Pantry, a Neighborhood Employment Center, and Youth Out-of-School Time Programs. Brashear builds strong organizational and community partnerships providing easier access for families.
