North Hills Community Outreach is a community-based organization addressing the needs of people in crisis, hardship, and poverty. We strive for a community where no one needs to be cold, hungry, or alone.

About North Hills Community Outreach

North Hills Community Outreach (NHCO) is a Nonprofit organization established 36 years ago to help local community members in need. With 10 core programs, we serve Northern Allegheny County & provide limited programs to the Sto-Rox & Mon Valley communities. We focus on helping our neighbors meet basic needs, move to stability, and support our older adults as they age. Last year, we provided 23,234 services to 4,092 families facing poverty, hardship, and crisis in our community.
