Mission Statement

Motivated to live our Christian principles, the mission of the North Side Christian Health Center is to provide whole-person primary health care to underserved persons on the Northside and surrounding neighborhoods. We envision a community where people of all backgrounds are actively engaged in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

About North Side Christian Health Center

North Side Christian Health Center provides patients with primary and preventive health care services to improve health and well-being. Our practice sees patients of all ages, from infants to senior citizens. In keeping with the teachings of Christ, NSCHC warmly welcomes all persons without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, marital status, family/parental status, income derived from a public assistance program, or political beliefs.

As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), all services are available on a sliding fee scale to income eligible, persons. We welcome Medicaid and most commercial insurance products for adults and children. North Side Christian Health Center provides patients with primary and preventive health care services to improve health and well-being.
