Horses with Hope

Mission Statement

To apply the power of equine interactions and activities to improve the physical, mental, emotional, and social quality of life for the Pittsburgh region's children, youth, and adults with physical and behavioral needs.

About Horses with Hope

Horses with Hope is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization located in southwestern Pennsylvania. Since our inception in 2007, we have been dedicated to applying the power of equine-assisted activities for the benefit of the region's children and adults in need. Therapeutic riding and equine-assisted learning offer multi-sensory experiences to help develop and improve physical skills, communication, spatial awareness, mental well-being, positive behavior, self-confidence, and quality of life.

Our programs provide a unique opportunity for participants to reach beyond their abilities. We are proud to bring a PATH Intl. accredited center to the communities of Southwestern Pennsylvania. Together with our instructors, volunteers, supporters, and the partnership of horse and rider, each participant is encouraged to reach their full potential.
