Greater Erie Area Habitat for Humanity provides the opportunity for homeownership for families who meet 3 general requirements: Ability to repay a 0% interest mortgage, be willing to partner by doing at least 300 hours of sweat equity, attending homeownership preparation classes and meeting monthly with a budget coach; have a housing need.
