About Macedonia Family and Community Enrichment Center, Inc.

Macedonia Family and Community Enrichment Center, Inc. (FACE) is a non-profit, faith-based social services agency. At Macedonia FACE, we recognize that healthy functioning families are the foundation of a strong community. We are committed to strengthening our community and living out our mission by addressing disparities and opportunity gaps that impact the African American family. We work with a 3-pillar philosophy of servant leadership, racial equity and community partnership.
Our services have a direct tangible impact on the lives of real people. Some of the services we provide include, but are not limited to:

Lifeline Support Services for families who are experiencing a short-term hardship and need resources and support for housing, utilities, and food.
Senior Services providing congregate meals, fellowship, education and cultural enrichment at our Active for Life Senior Center as well as offering home delivered meals.
Family Capacity program to improve educational outcomes by closing opportunity gaps for students and their families.
Youth Groups are offered for adolescents ages 8-18 to promote self-worth and social confidence
Early Literacy program focuses on convening community stakeholders to promote increased reading skills for children from PreK to Grade 3.
HIV/AIDS Support provides case management including linkages to medical and mental health providers as well as peer support and education for individuals living with HIV/AIDS
