About Friendship House, Inc.
Since we first opened our doors 33 years ago, Friendship House has walked with thousands of individuals and families on their journey back to independent, self-sufficient lives. Our Programs include:
Daytime Empowerment Centers in Wilmington, Newark, Middletown and Millcreek
- The Friendship House Clothing Bank
- Men's and Women's
- Transitional Housing
- Winter Sanctuary
- Meal Programs
- Financial Assistance
Friendship House strives to fill the gaps where other programs do not exist. We do not accept government funding which allows us to remain flexible and react quickly to an ever-changing environment. Friendship House relies on the generosity of the community to fund our programs. We hope you choose to show your support by walking with us or sponsoring us in the Highmark Walk for a Healthy Community.
