About United Methodist Human Services

United Methodist Human Services has been serving our community since 1977. We do this through our five major programs: Franklin Street Food Pantry, Bundles of Joy, Care Program, Bridges to Success, and Project Shoes. All funds we raise this year at the Walk will go to Project Shoes. Project Shoes supplies new, well-fitting, seasonally appropriate footwear to under-resourced children throughout Cambria County, and parts of Somerset, Bedford, Indiana, and Clearfield Counties. Last year alone, Project Shoes provided $18,250 worth of shoes to students in our area! This year, Project Shoes is celebrating 25 years of providing this vital need to are youth!
