The Men's and Women's Transitional Housing Program is designed to enable motivated clients to make the transition from homelessness to independence and self-sufficieny. Transitional Housing provides a secure, suppotive, home-like and respectful environment for those men and women ready to work on their issues through a rigorous and holistic program. It also offers each resident intensive case management and empowerment services. Residents spend an average of one year progressing through the stages of the program. There is also an after care program for program graduates.
A generous donor has offered to give Friendship House $1,000 if our team can recruit 20 walkers and raise $2,000! We hope you can help by joining our team! If you can't walk we hope you can donate.
