About Howard J. Weston Community & Senior Center

We're Not Your Grandmother's Senior Center! Senior Centers are commonly referred to as - a place where "old people" sit around doing nothing.

That's not Weston Senior Center We're a "happening" place!

The Weston Senior Center was established in 1978 with a mission of providing a better quality of life for the senior population. Over the last forty years, we have done just that!

Weston is an active, friendly and fun place to hang out. We know how to "keep the good times rolling" with activities for the body, mind and spirit. We offer a wide range of activities including billiards, crafts, ceramics, shuffleboard, health screenings, nutrition, exercise, fun-themed events, trips and much more.

Observing a need to provide a safe, secure setting for those who can no longer remain at home alone while their loved one/caregivers are at work, etc., the Weston Adult Day Care opened in 2005. Our facility is State Licensed and serves those with dementia, Alzheimer's, etc. This program provides the social, nutritional and daily living services our clients require in a warm, comfortable, family setting.

Seeing the need to "bridge the gap" between our senior center and our adult day care, Weston will be expanding our services to include an Early Memory Loss Program in March 2019. This program will assist those who are experiencing early memory loss, maintain their ability to remain active in the community while preserving their dignity, happiness and safety.

So, when will you be joining the fun? There is NO membership fee. Call us at 302-328-6626..
