Multiplying Good (formerly the Jefferson Awards Foundation) believes individuals are transformed through service to others. Applying service as a tool for personal growth, we help people discover their ability to bring about positive change, deliver the skills they need to do it well, and, by validating their impact, inspire them to do more. We’ve proven this continuum of activation, training, and recognition generates ripples of good.
About Multiplying Good
At Multiplying Good, we work with young people to unleash confidence in their ability to make a difference and deliver the skills they need to do it well. We work with organizations to recognize their employees, resulting in happier and more productive workplaces and stronger communities. We work with the media to create more connected audiences and drive non-traditional revenue by recognizing grassroots unsung heroes in their communities. All together, we use the power of service to activate empathetic leaders and changemakers and inspire greater impact through recognition.
This walk will support our premier youth program. Students in Action (SIA) is a three-year youth service, leadership and recognition program that unleashes potential in each young person and multiplies the good they achieve. SIA is building a generation of youth with confidence in their ability to make a difference and the skills to do it well. These elements in turn prepare them for success in school, work and life.
