PA Connecting Communities

Mission Statement

The Mission of PA Connecting Communities is to empower individuals with disabilities with opportunities to improve their quality of life.

PA Connecting Communities is a qualified provider offering services to meet the diverse needs of individuals with a variety of disabilities including intellectual and autism.

We value a holistic approach, in an inclusive environment, that maximizes the potential of the individuals we serve to live as independent as possible. Our guiding principles are integrity, inclusion, self determination, self advocacy, and acceptance of choice and individuality.

We currently serve an estimated 3000 individuals in seven counties and have a mailing list of over 6000 individuals, families, school districts and other providers that we partner with.

PA Connecting Communities prides itself in listening to the unique voices of our participants, families and caregivers and then providing programs that meet their needs and choices.
