Mission Statement

PA Connecting Communities (PACC) is a 501 (C) (3) non-profit multi-faceted organization for individuals with disabilities and various special needs of all ages in Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Washington and Westmoreland Counties. The mission of PACC is to empower individuals with information and opportunities to improve their quality of life. By developing skills needed to integrate into community programs, we foster friendships, we engage in the arts and encourage volunteer outreach. We offer various home and community programs, behavioral support, life skills, social events, and supportive employment. The vision of PACC is to create social change through this mission.

About PA Connecting Communities

PACC just celebrated 14 years of service in our region. PACC provides a variety of services including Home and Community Habilitation services. Our team is very proud of our over 600 programs and events that are designed to promote community participation and inclusion. We also provide vocational services through OVR (Office of Vocational Rehabilitation.) In addition we have expanded transition services to high school students ages 14-21. This age group is now able to benefit from our services provides through OVR and our ability to provide Pre- Employment Transition Services to students who are looking to gain first time work experiences. This new expansion includes assessments, evaluations, job coaching and job shadowing to individuals of all ages looking for competitive employment. PACC is also now offering Occupational Therapy Services through ODP and the Office of Long Term Living (OLTL) for individuals of all ages. Occupational Therapy encourages rehabilitation through the performance of activities required in daily life.
