Capital Area Coalition on Homelessness
The mission of the Capital Area Coalition on Homelessness (CACH) is to educate and mobilize the community and coordinate services to prevent and reduce homelessness in the Capital Region.
About Capital Area Coalition on Homelessness
Since 2000, CACH has been the planning body for both the County of Dauphin and the City of Harrisburg in order to qualify for the U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Continuum of Care funds to serve homeless people. CACH is an all-volunteer community collaboration focused to improve coordination and attract resources to support services to individuals and families who are homeless. CACH provides strong and committed collaborative leadership that ensures strategic planning, task assignment, and accountability.
